Rate Definitions
Emergency RateApplies to all service requested and delivered within 48 hours of contact with JobSite Shield Customer Care.
Standard RateApplies to all labor provided Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. local time, up to eight hours per day.
Overtime RateCharged at 1.5x the Scheduled or Emergency Rate. Applies to labor beyond eight hours per day, or between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., and all day Saturday.
Sunday/Holiday RateCharged at 2.0x the Scheduled or Emergency Rate. Applies to all labor provided on Sundays and Holidays.
Travel RatePortal to portal billing based on the hourly Standard Travel Rate, calculated from point of origin to customer destination and back.
Minimum Service BillingCustomer will be responsible for a minimum of four hours of labor and/or travel when on-site service is delivered.
Maximum Working TimeFor safety compliance, at no time will a JobSite Shield Field Service Professional work more than a maximum of 16 hours (including travel time) during any 24-hour period.
